Production and delivery
Our T-shirts are printed to order, a customised product for you.
The production process starts in the seconds after the order has been placed by your customer. While we aim to deliver within 5 working days, we recommend allowing up to 3 working days for production and up to 5 working days for delivery.
What if my order doesn’t arrive
Whilst it’s very unusual, orders can get delayed in the post. In the rare event that a courier has your parcel and is delayed, the product will almost certainly still arrive so the best thing is to hold on for 21 days.
If this time has elapsed, drop us a message to [email protected] with the Order ID as we can get in touch with the producer and courier to activate the ‘lost parcel’ process and will immediately resend the order and help get it sorted for you and your customer.
What happens if an order damaged in the post?
If an item is damaged in the post, send a photo to [email protected] with an order number and pictures of the damaged item. We will ask you to return the damaged item so that we can inspect it and then with our production partner, Teemill, we will Remill it, and send a replacement free of charge.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
Our products are made and printed to order, so we only offer refunds for damaged products, or where we’ve made a mistake (such as the wrong design or size has been sent).
In this case please get in touch with [email protected] with your order number and picture of the products sent and we’ll get a new order sent out.
We do not offer size or style exchanges as policy. But if you’ve any issues on receipt of your order, please get in touch with [email protected].
What packaging do you use?
All orders are shipped in sustainable, eco-friendly packaging, designed with the environment in mind and made with natural materials. They are rip-proof, splash-proof mailers made from paper.
How should I care for my product?
We recommend a cool wash at 30 and hang drying products, to ensure print and product quality and longevity.
Our products are not suitable for high temperature washing, tumble drying, bleaching or dry-cleaning. Avoid ironing straight onto the printed designs. These methods can cause unwanted shrinkage, the inks to fade, or the prints to crack, flake or peel.
Are your products sustainable?
Our merch store is powered by Teemill and it’s what they’re known for. Their products are made from certified organic cotton, powered by renewable energy and every product is designed to come back to us when it’s worn out – we make new products from the material we recover.
They won the Queen’s Award for Innovation for our work on making the first circular economy for fashion. Learn more about our award-winning sustainability.
